The items requested are custom-made and will be crafted within a span of three to eight complete working days.

The Seller primarily opts for DPD as the preferred carrier, with deliveries typically arriving within 5 to 15 working days.

If the order tracking service is available, upon the Customer's request, the Seller will furnish the tracking particulars.

When receiving parcels, a signature is required upon delivery. In instances where no one is available to accept the parcel during the initial delivery attempt, a DPD is issued, containing instructions for parcel collection/rescheduling of delivery. Decisions regarding re-delivery to the customer's address or collection from the nearest DPD Access Point are at the discretion of DPD and fall outside the Seller's purview.
